Prepare your documents
Original certificates, certified academic transcripts, and two passport-sized photos. Credentials from outside Somaliland must be certified by the SNECB and NCHE.

Submit with the admission fee
One non-refundable admission fee at application — the only cost of entry. Tuition itself is completely free.

Begin the Foundation
Join the seven-month Higher Education Certificate and start your degree pathway.
